Do not use grapefruit or grapefruit juice which may also increase the exposure of cabozantinib.
  • Co-administration of a cabozantinib with a strong CYP3A4 inducer reduced the exposure of cabozantinib, which may reduce efficacy. Do not administer cabozantinib along with strong CYP3A4 inducers. Increasing the cabozantinib dosage in the case of co-administration with strong CYP3A4 inducers cannot be avoided. Do not use St. John’s Wort which may also reduce the exposure of cabozantinib.
