Piclib Dosage

When given with PICLIB, the proposed dose of fulvestrant is 500 mg administered on Days 1, 15, and 29, and once monthly thereafter. Patients must take their dose of Piclib at approximately the same time each day. In case of a missed dose, an additional dose should not be taken. The very next prescribed dose should be taken at around the usual time. Piclib capsules should be swallowed whole (do not crush, chew, or open them prior to swallowing).

Side effects

  • The dosage of sensitive CYP3A4 substrates with narrow therapeutic indices may need to be decreased when given concurrently with PICLIB.
