Regorafenib Dosage

Nublexa should be taken orally at the same time each day, after taking a low-fat meal. Nublexa 40 mg tablets should be gulped wholly with water. Tablets should not be opened, broken, chewed or split.

Regorafenib side effects

Most common adverse reactions may include Weakness, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite, desquamation on palm, mouth sores, weight loss, change in voice quality.

Drug interaction of Regorafenib
  • Co-administration of a strong CYP3A4 inducer (rifampin) with a single dose of Regorafenib 160 mg decreased the mean exposure of regorafenib, increased the mean exposure of the active metabolite M-5, and resulted in no change in the mean exposure of the active metabolite M-2. Avoid the concomitant administration of strong
  • CYP3A4 inducers (e.g. carbamazepine, rifampin, phenytoin, phenobarbital, and St. John’s Wort).
    Co-administration of a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor (ketoconazole) with a single dose of Regorafenib 160 mg increased the mean exposure of regorafenib and reduced the mean exposure of the active metabolites M-2 and M-5. Avoid concomitant administration of strong inhibitors of CYP3A4 activity (e.g. grapefruit juice, clarithromycin, itraconazole, posaconazole, telithromycin, ketoconazole and voriconazole).
